Parmigiano-Reggiano comes from the best milk produced in farms of the "typical area", by fire and by the ancient art of master cheese makers and by the long natural maturing. (Parmigiano-Reggiano contains no preservatives, no dyes, no anti-fermenting agents or otherwise). Parmigiano-Reggiano has been produced in this way for more than seven centuries. Parmigiano-Reggiano is a complete natural food with outstanding nutritional qualities, thanks to the processes of transformation of its components during the long period of natural maturing which also makes it highly digestible; it can also be easily assimilated.
