The seven members of this Dairy, founded in 1950, practice organic farming from 700 to 1500 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Apennines Mododenese Cimone. Our herd of mixed breed produce high quality milk that is brought to the dairy twice a day to come soon turned into Our Products:Parmigiano, caciotte, stracchino, mozzarella e ricotta. Every day, thanks to the high altitude,integrating all typical natural products, such as organic fruit and woodland products, we also produce excellent Yogurt creams. The Parmesan cheese, the highest quality, is matured in our warehouse on natural woodtable where temperature and humidity are always optimized and controlled.
